The sun shone (well for some of the weekend), there were crowds, there was great entertainment in the arena and for those camping really good bands in the evenings on Friday13th and Saturday 14th.
This was deemed by many to be one of the best BMF Shows in recent years.
We were extremely pleased about the support we received from the industry with many of the manufacturers including BMW, Harley Davidson, Suzuki, Ducati, Reiju, Kawasaki represented and some offering demo rides.
The number of advance ticket sales were up and overall attendance at the show was in excess of 42,000 over the weekend.
For those hardy folk who camped, entertainment in the evening was provided courtesy of: Ozzie, Skatonics, Kick, Counterfeit Quo, Riff Raff, The Self Titled, Matt Shaw (as Meatloaf) and the Ali Clinton Band and followed by the customary disco which went on well into the early hours!
A good turn out for the Best in Show with the overall winner going to the wonderful Rewaco pictured opposite. The cavalcade of clubs on Sunday morning was well attended and we had a 'visit' from teh St Ledger's HOG club, a most impressive sight of some 95 Harley's arriving en-mass for a parade lap of the track before being interviewed.

We still have a way to go to get these shows back to where we think they should be - but we're trying and we ARE winning the battle!
